The Challenge:
SpotSee, a global Internet of Things (IoT) and connectivity platform, has combined the leading brands ShockWatch, ShockLog, WarmMark, SpotBot, and OpsWatch to create a tracking network that helps customers spot real-time damage to their assets.
SpotSee was in a real-time predicament. While they already owned an exhibit for Breakbulk Americas, they needed the exhibit they shipped to Advance Freight delivered to their booth space. They also needed help with their electrical and catering orders, as well as exhibit set-up and takedown.
The Solution:
While at the show, one of Exhibit Network’s Project Managers overheard a conversation about SpotSee’s exhibit woes and offered to help. After finding their missing exhibit and bringing it to the booth space, our Project Manager advised SpotSee to cancel their full electrical order and helped them reorder only the electrical they needed. Fixing the catering order took our Project Manager a few minutes with the Service Desk, and our crew was onsite and available to help install their exhibit. The results were real-time awesomeness.
SpotSee was extremely satisfied with the results. For Breakbulk Americas the following year, SpotSee called Exhibit Network in advance to arrange the rental of a carpet, table, chairs, monitor, literature rack, and installation and dismantle.
SpotSee’s claim that we are their “guardian angels” may be a little over the top, but we’ll leave that here and let you decide.
