We think the significant word here is “cheap.” Is that really what you want? We hear stories of people who bought bannerstands online and those stories sometimes don’t end well. Our bannerstands come with an exact color match, interchangeable graphics, and in-house repair. Does your mail-order bannerstand guarantee all that?
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept payment by personal or company check, debit, VISA, American Express, Discover, ACH, and Wire. We have a PAY button on our website to pay via debit or credit card. Your Project Manager will inform you of our ACH and Wire instructions. We also offer multi-rental payment plans and rent-to-purchase plans. For larger custom builds, we offer convenient progress payments.

We make our clients cry. Wait, what? Exhibit Network has received many accolades from our clients in the past 30 years. Our most memorable was witnessing the surprising reaction of one client when she arrived at the booth. She was debuting a new custom exhibit that Exhibit Network designed, fabricated, shipped, and installed. And she cried. She cried because her new exhibit was so sophisticated and well-made, and, in her words, “this was the easiest, simplest, and fastest installation” she had ever experienced. Why do you charge a Project Management fee?
We have some of the most experienced and dedicated project managers in Houston. Their knowledge and skills save our clients money because they research the fine print, meet deadlines, and keep each project on track and on budget. Excellent service like this demands a price and Exhibit Network pays a competitive salary and provides a generous benefit package to our project managers. We do this and still keep costs to our clients reasonable because we are just darn good and efficient at what we do.
Why does it take so long for you to reply to my inquiry?
You are probably used to receiving immediate responses from online catalog stores. We are a custom fabricator and our products are uniquely engineered, hand-crafted, and quality-checked by our team, who go home to their family each day. We are open Monday-Friday 8 AM – 6 PM and respond to your inquiries as soon as possible. When working on ongoing projects, one or more of us is generally available 24/7.
I am having several exhibit houses bid on a new custom exhibit for my company. Do you provide exhibit design for free?
Yes…and no. We will provide you with 2 or 3 initial concepts at no charge at all to you, based on the information you give to our Trade Show Consultant, Designer, and Project Manager. Before the design is started, everyone agrees on the goals, outcome, and budget. After you receive the initial concepts, we will provide 5 tweaks or 5 hours of additional design time to make changes at no charge. Most of our design projects rarely surpass this limit because we work out the details so thoroughly up front. If any billable design time is necessary, we will let you know beforehand.
Can you build an exhibit that another exhibit designer provided to me?
If the designs are properly compensated, then yes, we can build your custom exhibit based on that design. Otherwise, we will not use designs from other firms and build them as our own. Exhibit designs are creative property and are copyrighted by the design firm. We expect our competitors to respect our creative properties as well.

We’re placing our bets that you will be impressed with the meticulous organization of our warehouse. We think this because visitors comment on our clean warehouse more than anything else. A clean warehouse is to our clients’ advantage because our pull/prep time is kept to a minimum, thereby reducing costs.
