The Challenge:
Boaz Export Crating Company is a family-owned and operated, fully integrated export packing and logistical service company in Houston, TX. Founded in 1983, it preserves a continuous emphasis on quality and service.
Boaz takes great pride in providing services that meet the needs of its clients. The primary goal of its 10’ x 10’ booth space at Breakbulk Americas was to demonstrate its quality and excellence. Boaz wanted to validate its motto: Quality Because We Care. This was the first time exhibiting at a trade show.
Boaz wanted to play a video presentation during the show and needed a lockable greeting counter with storage capacity. In the end, Boaz decided to have a small table and two chairs in their booth.
To be budget-friendly, Boaz wanted the flexibility to set up the exhibit themselves rather than hire labor each time.
The Solution:
When Boaz visited Exhibit Network, we showed them several options for exhibits and price ranges. They ultimately chose an edge-lit exhibit like the one they saw in our showroom. Boaz provided their artwork for fabric graphics, video, and monitor. Exhibit Network provided the exhibit structure, backwall graphic production, lockable counter with logo graphic, custom creating, and one Zed-up literature stand. We also provided carpet and pad rental, shipping to the show site, a table, and two chairs, and ordered show services for this first-time exhibitor.
To meet our client’s budget-friendly requirement, Exhibit Network provided set-up instructions, a short training session at our facility, and supervision at the first show so Boaz would be comfortable installing their exhibit at future events.
Boaz reported to Exhibit Network that they were very happy with their first trade show results. In their words, it was a “great show.”
Breakbulk Americas in Houston, TX, is the region’s largest and longest-running event for the project cargo and breakbulk industry. Other Breakbulk trade events occur annually in the Middle East and Europe.
