Guiding First-time Exhibitors with a Cobranded Trade Show Exhibit
Two firms were looking to join forces and came to Exhibit Network for a combined rental exhibit.

The Challenge:
Perry, Shields, Campbell & Floyd, PLLC was a full-service law firm, providing thorough and comprehensive legal services in oil and gas law, business law, family law and divorce, estate planning, probate, real estate law, insurance disputes, and civil litigation.
Optima Land Services provides leasing and acquisitions, surface and right-of-way, due diligence, and title curative services and handles many regulatory issues.
One of the employees had previously worked with Exhibit Network at a prior employer. Based on this employee’s recommendation, they came to us for a turnkey rental package.
As these two companies joined forces, neither had exhibited before and relied on Exhibit Network’s expertise to guide them. They presented Exhibit Network with these requirements for the NAPE Summit:
- A turnkey rental package within a “reasonable” budget.
- Promote the two companies individually and jointly in a 10×20 island booth space.
- Provide a way for visitors to visit both companies effortlessly.
- Use height to their best advantage.
- Provide accommodation for booth staff and visitors to charge their phones.
- Receive and approve all renderings and estimates at least two months before the show.
The Solution:
Exhibit Network designed the booth with one company’s branding on one side and the other company’s branding on the other side. The middle structure provided the necessary height for visibility. A charging station for cell phones was placed in the middle of the booth. We kept the booth properties to a minimum, allowing lots of open space, and keeping the budget in an acceptable range. Exhibit Network provided the design and estimates and both companies signed off on them a full three months before the show.
