The Challenge:

FireBus, LLC specializes in products and services for implementing and maintaining safety systems in industrial environments. As FireBus was preparing to exhibit at the quickly approaching National Fire Protection Association show, they wanted all-new graphics for their existing booth. While visiting Exhibit Network’s showroom, they saw backlit counters and immediately changed the scope of their request. In addition to new graphics, they decided they wanted new backlit counters. The client was unsure who would be setting up the counters at the show and asked for our advice.

The Solution:

Exhibit Network produced two custom backlit counters, including special assembly for two monitors. Exhibit Network also provided graphic design for the counters to match the existing exhibit. To help the FireBus team set up the counters, each piece was clearly labeled, and the progression of the set-up was photographed to produce step-by-step, detailed instructions. As an extra measure, Exhibit Network provided a short training session for FireBus and packed and labeled extra hardware and screws.

Here’s a summary of the experience from the client’s point of view:

“I completed my first transaction with Exhibit Network, and my only question to myself was, ‘Why did I wait so long?’ Exhibit Network worked tirelessly to help me define a solution for my upcoming tradeshow while staying within my budget and meeting our aggressive schedule. We had some custom needs for our displays, which they happily helped us resolve and implement rather than selling us a standard, off-the-shelf solution.” – Patrick Seiler Firebus, LLC.
