A Turnkey, Stress-free Trade Show Turns into a Client for Life

The Challenge:
Wolong, one of the world’s top three motor and drive manufacturers, approached Exhibit Network with specific requirements for their booth at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) in Houston, TX:

The Solution:
Exhibit Network invited Wolong to our facility for a tour and showed them the flexibility of our FlexMod exhibits. Wolong was interested in our Polaris Collection because the properties break down into 10 x 20 and 10 x 10 booths. Polaris features an open concept with a 20’ overhead sign for stellar visibility. The Polaris also features a lockable, walk-in closet for ample storage. At Wolong’s request, Exhibit Network made minor modifications to Polaris and produced several custom round counters to display their motors.
The Wolong Representative explicitly said he wanted to show up the day of the show and leave immediately at the end of the show, trusting someone else to take care of everything before and after. Exhibit Network handled all the arrangements, including graphics, shipping, installation, show services, placing the motors, booth cleaning, and dismantling.
The overhead sign structure, two counters, and one fabric graphic used at OTC were later downsized into a 10 x 20 inline booth at the Turbomachinery & Pump Symposium. A 10 x 10 booth configuration was also used at ECCE.
For OTC the following years, Wolong ordered new graphics and additional pedestals for their motors, and rehired Exhibit Network to provide turnkey services. In the words of our client, “I am a client for life because you always take care of everything; I never have to worry.”
