A Double Deck Trade Show Booth for Prominent Visibility
RS Energy wanted to stand out on the trade show floor and provide guest hospitality.

The Challenge:
RS Energy Group (now Enverus, a leading energy SaaS and data analytics company) had already purchased a 20 x 20 FlexMod exhibit from Exhibit Network but wanted something bigger at future trade shows to reflect their company’s growth. RS Energy wanted greater exposure in a 20 x 30 booth space, a private meeting and hospitality area, casual seating, and an extra-large monitor, and it wanted to borrow some of its existing FlexMod properties. RS Energy requested a double deck exhibit that would stand out on the show floor.
The Solution:
To make sure the RS Energy brand would stand out on the show floor, Exhibit Network produced 3D backlit logos surrounding the upper level. The top level was furnished with comfortable seating for visitors and a refrigerator to store beverages. The lower level boasted a 90” monitor, bistro tables and chairs, a greeting counter, and a large refrigerator in the closet to hold more food and beverages. The 10 x 20 graphic was borrowed from their FlexMod properties and hung overhead. Exhibit Network provided turnkey furniture rental, shipping, show services, and installation for RS Energy. In addition, Exhibit Network unpacked all their promotional items, and stocked and re-stocked the refrigerators before and during the show. Qualified visitors to this “show-stopping booth” have been off-the-charts at all events.
