The Challenge:

Newpark’s marketing manager had a discussion with a friend emphasizing her dissatisfaction with her current exhibit house. The friend immediately recommended Exhibit Network. During a visit and tour of our facility, Exhibit Network showed the marketing manager several options and later provided an estimate.

The Solution:

Newpark had estimates from other exhibit houses as well, and let Exhibit Network know that several estimates were lower than ours. They asked if we could adjust the numbers on services, but they were OK with spending a little more on the exhibit properties because the quality was so much better. The end result is their new 20 x 20 custom exhibit that debuted at ICUEE 2019 in Louisville KY.

The exhibit features a storage room, a 14’ backlit graphic wall, 2 monitors, rental table and chairs, greeting counter, carpet and pad, and an authentic street sign for distinct messaging.  The planter box and plants were added midway through construction.  Show services for this event include project management, shipping, installation, and dismantle.

Newpark’s new exhibit is stored in Exhibit Network’s warehouse and will be shipped to the following events in the future: ICUEE, PPIM, Con Expo, and IEEE PES.
