The Challenge:

Huntsman had several requirements for their 20×40 Booth at UTECH 2017 in Mexico City.

  • Branding and messaging for four different divisions

  • Representation for all countries where Huntsman has facilities

  • Areas for:

    • coffee service

    • semi-private meetings

    • video presentations

    • product displays

  • Quick turnaround at reasonable costs

Huntsman had worked with Exhibit Network before and did not seek bids from other exhibit firms. The show was in three months.

The Solution:

The large back wall featuring bold graphics and the overhead hanging sign helped visitors find the booth easily. The graphic panels at the two front corners provided messaging for each of the divisions. Areas inside the booth were set up for coffee service, semi-private meetings, and video presentations. Counters and stands were provided to display products. The countries where Huntsman’s facilities are located were represented by the flags hanging from the overhead sign.

Exhibit Network completed this project within the three-month lead time, inclusive of design, production, set up for preview, fumigation for international shipment, shipping, and customs.

To keep costs to a minimum, Exhibit Network provided a custom rental of the exhibit structure and furniture; Huntsman purchased the graphics and flags. The overhead hanging sign was existing from an event the year before. One Exhibit Network representative traveled to Mexico City to supervise the installation. This booth was used again with new graphics at Foam Expo 2017.
