How We Roll

Most successful exhibitors are supported by a team of exhibit professionals, otherwise known as their “exhibit house.”  We’re not sure what your experience has been with other exhibit houses, but here’s the process you can expect at Exhibit Network.

Happy Hour Guide: If you have time, we invite you to fill out our Happy Hour Guide on our website.  It’s a humorous, tongue-in-cheek checklist for all the questions we are going to ask you on our First Date.

First Date: We want to get to know you. Our First Date can be held over the phone, but if possible, we prefer to see your smiling face in person. We’ll have the Happy Hour Guide you submitted in front of us and we’ll use that as a starting point.

Design: Our initial design phase includes planning, research, conceptualizing, space planning, structural engineering, creating, and presenting concepts to you based on your vision, goals, and budget.

Timeline: We will provide a timeline of all activities required for the successful completion of your project. The purpose of the timeline is to keep the project on target and to avoid scope creep and rush or overtime charges.

Estimating: We will provide an estimate of all the services you need for your upcoming event and we will be very transparent about our charges and payment terms.

Deposit Invoicing:  Exhibit Network requires a deposit from new clients before we begin production. We give our clients sufficient time to review and pay the deposit to avoid causing a delay in the project.

Method of Payment: We gladly accept payment by check, ACH, wire, or credit card.

Final Invoicing: After your event, we’ll send the final invoice for balance due once we have reconciled and corrected any charges on your behalf.

Social Media: When you send us pics of your booth at the show, we will do our best to promote your company on our Social Media pages. (No charge)

Storage and Warehousing: In addition to custom exhibit design, fabrication, shipping, installation, and show services, we also provide safe storage and warehousing of your exhibit properties in our facility in Houston TX.

Service: All exhibit houses say they have great customer service (and most probably do). Exhibit Network’s passion for great customer service is evidenced by the long-term relationships we have with our clients, our many google reviews, and amazing testimonials on our website.

Of course, you are always welcome to come visit our showroom and design center to get ideas for your new booth. And we’d really like for you to meet the team while you are here.

If you are new to exhibiting or shopping for a new exhibit house, consider Exhibit Network at 3434 Lang Road, Houston TX 77092. We have been in business over 30 years and our friendly, experienced trade show team is happy to be at your service. We look forward to working with you.
