Lenny started in the exhibit industry at age 19 as a custom fabricator and installer, and quickly displayed an aptitude for leadership. Almost immediately, he became the supervisor of a team of 30+ members. Later experiences as Production Foreman, Estimator, Purchaser, and Production Manager prepared him for his leadership role at Exhibit Network.
The reputation that Exhibit Network holds throughout the trade show industry is the direct result of Lenny’s passion for quality workmanship, innovation, and creative problem-solving. He holds himself and the employees to high standards of integrity and excellence.
Lenny is an avid outdoorsman who can be found fishing in Alaska, and hunting in Texas, Pennsylvania, and Namibia.

Kathleen Maartens, Co-founder and President, is responsible for running the day-to-day business side of Exhibit Network and for its fiscal integrity and accountability.
Kathleen has a lifelong desire for learning, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, followed by countless classes in Business, Accounting, and Real Estate. Kathleen is a 2012 graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, and she is close to completing a degree in Organizational Leadership at the College of Biblical Studies in Houston.
Kathleen’s focus at Exhibit Network is to integrate the functions of Sales, Operations, and Finance, to make sure everyone stays on the same page.
Kathleen loves to read. Her favorite book is “How Christianity Changed the World” by Alvin J. Schmidt.

Joann Salazar, Operations Director, is a seasoned exhibit professional. Respected and admired by clients, show contractors, and the entire Exhibit Network team, Joann focuses on results and won’t quit until a problem is solved.
Joann’s professional experience includes purchasing, inside sales, office management, accounting, payroll, profit analysis, finance, supervision, customer service, estimating, and trade show project management. Joann has by far the greatest number of commendation letters from clients and five star google reviews.
Joann’s talents are at the heart of Exhibit Network’s sales, design, and production teams, making sure our booths exceed clients’ expectations, while keeping an eye on our company’s efficiency and profitability.
Most importantly, Joann always has a smile on her face and inspires all those around her to excel and follow their dreams.
In her spare time, Joann can be found at the gym or spending time with her family.

When you talk, Chante’ listens. Chante’ is a problem-solver, a solutions-finder, and someone you can rely on to make sure your job is done right, on time, and within budget. Chante’s thoughtfulness and follow-up provide you the best client experience possible throughout the entire process.
Outside the office, you will often find Chante’ in church. She also likes to read, spend time with family and friends, and enjoys an occasional nap.

Kathryn Salazar, one of our Project Managers, has been in the exhibit industry since the first time she misbehaved and her Mom took Kat to work with her. Nobody remembers how long ago that really was.
Kat has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and recently earned a Certification of Completion for Lean Introduction (Six Sigma). Kat’s clients love the fact that Kat advises them on the best use of their exhibit properties. Kat spends a lot of time inspecting the fine print on show service forms to be sure her clients receive the exact services they need at the lowest prices possible. In addition to project management, Kat is skilled at sourcing, campaigning, and closing new deals.
Kat loves spending time with her family, watching movies, and shopping. When Exhibit Network announces company fishing trips at Hackberry Rod and Gun, Kat is always one of the first to sign up.

Philip Moore, our Estimator, brings an excess of experience to Exhibit Network. With a BFA from Boston University and an MFA from the University of Illinois, Philip’s previous positions include Production Services Director at V.D. A. Inc. in Boston, Assistant Technical Director at the Houston Grand Opera, and Account Manager at a Houston exhibit house.
Philip’s involvement in all aspects of the trade show industry, including technical design, fabrication, estimating, purchasing, show services, international shipping, client invoicing, quality control, and project management, make him an exhibitor’s best friend. When Philip prepares an estimate for a client, he has considered everything that could possibly be involved, meaning no surprises at the end.
When Philip is not busy in his career, he enjoys taking long excursions on his bike, bulls-eyeing Womp Rats in his T-16, traveling to “off the beaten track” places around the world, and building furniture in his garage.

Gary Maartens, our Process Manager, has been with Exhibit Network almost 15 years, beginning in his high school work/study program. (He’s been here longer if you count the times Mom and Dad brought him to work and to various trade shows across the country.) Gary has a natural knack for streamlining tasks and activities for better efficiency.
Gary has proven experience in all areas of operations: fabrication, warehousing, delivery, installation, engineering, estimating, purchasing, scheduling, CNC operations, and maintenance. Two particular clients who rely on Gary’s attention to detail insist that Gary is present at all their installations.
In Gary’s spare time, he logs miles on his mountain bike, plays beach volleyball, works out at the gym, and vacations in exciting places. Gary also enjoys logging miles on his motorcycle on weekend adventures.

Shane DeVries, our Lead Installer, has worked in the exhibit industry since 2008 and is responsible for pulling and prepping exhibits in our warehouse, and traveling to show site to set them up professionally and efficiently.
Shane is a natural conversationalist and can contribute an interesting story on almost every topic. His talent to inform (and embellish) energizes our company meetings, parties, and work atmosphere in general. Shane is mischievously imaginative. If someone at Exhibit Network is pranked, Shane is usually the perpetrator.
In Shane’s spare time, he works on his old Volvos, tinkers on multiple projects, and enjoys skateboarding and fishing. He also spends hours researching and learning about anything and everything. Most importantly, Shane enjoys spending time annoying his significant other.

You will find Tony Moles, Exhibit Network’s Creative Designer, at the intersection of psychology, engineering, and art. Tony is the perfect companion to get you to your destination of meaningful design with tangible outcomes.
Tony begins his creative journey with empathetic listening and understanding a client’s dreams, desires, worries, and needs. He uses his intuition and insight to weave art, mechanics, innovation, economics and strategy into effective visual storytelling.
A strong mid-Western work ethic gives Tony the discipline and persistence to transport his clients’ dreams seamlessly to reality. It is said that the more strange and wonderful thoughts you let into your head, the more varied source material you have to pull from (author unknown). Tony fuels his creativity by reading, painting, staying fit, consuming sports (Go Iowa Hawkeyes!), and enjoying a good bourbon.

As a former client of Exhibit Network, Larry reached out to Exhibit Network first when searching for a new opportunity. Larry Kalina understands the value of quality exhibits and excellent customer service. His enthusiasm to share his experience, knowledge, and expertise with other exhibitors is evident and contagious.
Larry earned a BFA at the University of Wisconsin in Art/Industrial Design. His contributions to Honeywell, National Presto Industries, Pella Corporation, Ingersoll Rand, and most recently, BPM Microsystems in Houston, include conceptual and product development, competitive research, marketing and advertising, equipment prototypes, project management, emerging technologies, graphic design, branding, and trade show exhibiting. Whether you are a first-time or long-time exhibitor, Larry can offer you a competitive edge to being your best ever on the trade show floor.
Larry feels right at home with Exhibit Network’s “cool culture and talented people” (his exact unsolicited words). When away from the office and convention centers, Larry enjoys listening to classic rock music, likes playing a Fender Stratocaster really loud, surfs a longboard and collects 50’s antiques. Larry likes to tell stories about the 60’s muscle cars that mysteriously followed him home and how he felt compelled to restore them – every one of them.

We have a member of our team who prefers to remain anonymous – something about Witness Protection, whatever, it’s none of our business. This person, in addition to handling the day-to-day tasks of keeping Exhibit Network operating smoothly, holds the title of Director of Fun. This person arranges and hosts our monthly Birthday Celebrations and strategically implemented a scheme to celebrate Unbirthday months as well.
In our employee break room, you will see Yellow Light Bulbs and Purple Smiley Faces, the brilliant idea of our Director of Fun. Team members nominate themselves for a Yellow Light Bulb by coming up with an ingenious idea to make our work simpler and faster. Team members nominate each other with a Purple Smiley Face when someone goes the extra mile to help the team or a client. Once a month, our Director of Fun collects the nominations and holds a drawing for two $25 gift cards – one for the Yellow Light Bulbs and one for the Purple Smiley Faces.
Check out our dry erase board in the break room. You’re bound to see puzzles or games like Hang Man, or funny caricatures of our team. Our Christmas parties (that are absolutely hysterical, by the way) are planned and executed by our Director of Fun.

Exhibitors want to do business with people they know, like, and trust. Exhibit Network hired Danielle to reach out to exhibitors to give them a chance to know us. Danielle sends out emails with the hopes that once you know us, you will like us, and eventually, you will trust us to deliver a seamless and stress-free trade show experience every time.
Danielle has lots of practice keeping in touch with people. She made many friends at the different schools she attended while growing up, as she and her seven siblings moved often with their parents. She now keeps in touch with lifetime friends in Missouri, New Mexico, and throughout Texas.
So who is this person who sends out emails to exhibitors across the United States? Danielle is friendly, cheerful, compassionate, fearless, and persistent. She likes to read Mystery and Sci-Fi books. She loves doing arts and crafts with her children. She measures her steps every day and she likes shopping and pickles.
The next time you receive an email from Danielle, please know she is only asking you for the chance to get to know us. She knows Exhibit Network will have to earn your trust to get your business.

Augusto Tzul (he goes by “Tzul”) brought his woodworking skills to the Exhibit Network team in 2017 and we are so glad to have him on board. Tzul has experience in all facets of residential and commercial cabinets as well as trade show exhibits. He understands the superior quality of craftsmanship that Exhibit Network is known for and he always goes above and beyond.
Tzul enjoys the friendly atmosphere at Exhibit Network, and likes all kinds of music, especially instrumental.
When not at Exhibit Network, Tzul likes spending time with his family.

Erik Salazar, our Warehouse Supervisor and Lead Installer, brought his contagious energy and wittiness to Exhibit Network in 2017. Not only are we and our clients delighted with Erik’s hilarious sense of humor, but exhibitors in neighboring booths usually get a laugh, too.
Erik is ingrained with an urgency to complete every task on time, on budget, and with a smile from his background in the food service industry. He is always coming up with ways to work better, faster, and smarter. And he’s such a nice guy, too. Hardly anyone can escape Erik’s thoughtfulness, as he has a habit of helping exhibitors on the show floor who are struggling with their booth.
In Erik’s spare time, he enjoys fishing, gaming, and spending time with his niece and his dog, Ferguson. Erik also likes to try out new restaurants and to post pics of interesting entrees on Instagram.
